The Central Region Solution Consulting supports the Sales organisation in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic but also covering Eastern Europe. The Solution Consulting organization works within the Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) line of business and works with other aligned functions such as Product Management, Training & Consulting Services, Customer Success and of course the Sales teams. We provide solution workshops, presentations and product demonstrations that bring our customers visions alive. Working with our Enterprise customers Digital Marketing, & Advertising functions and their IT to C-level leadership teams but also our extensive Partners from global SIs to local Advertising & Digital agencies. The role manages Solution Consultants for all our Cloud products, Digital Media Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and digital signature (Adobe Sign) to our Marketing Cloud (Digital Experience), E-Commerce and our technology platform. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of enabling our customers digital transformation and new experience-led business models. This has translated into a stock price appreciation of more than 3x from December 2015 to December 2018, and Goldman Sachs picking Adobe as a top stock for sales and earnings growth in 2018.
As leader for the Central Region, you will focus on driving the business strategy for the region in close partnership with the VP of Sales. You will organize your teams to provide support and coverage of the qualified sales opportunities, providing appropriate leadership and skills to deliver high win rates within current headcount capabilities. You will manage and develop a high performing diverse team of industry and product specialists, and your teams will lead tactical & strategic engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers. Managing managers of teams will require strong communication and coaching skills. You will be a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in your industry. You will join a talented team and have rich opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across Adobe, including with Sales, Product Strategy, Value Engineering, Solution Architecture and Professional Services.
