Responsible for the successful project management of large scale, high profile shopper marketing platforms, programs and toolkits for fast moving CPG clients
Partner with clients and Strategic Planning internal partners to identify shopper marketing business opportunities and challenges, and to develop shopper marketing strategies and tactical plans leading to powerful shopper activations that deliver revenue and ROI
Provide industry thought-leadership to clients who will view you as a go-to expert
Translate National shopper marketing platforms and plans to multiple Retailer- specific activations and related shopper media plans (digital, social, at Retail, etc.)
Lead interdisciplinary teams toward the successful completion of all project milestones and deliverables
Oversee junior staff members who are executing smaller initiatives as part of your large-scale projects
Build complex and detailed project plans that accommodate for every detail from kickoff to completion
Ensure all project plans properly deliver against client and business objectives
Full understanding of all aspects of project scope and deliverables, accurately identifying issues or areas that might cause scope creep and managing to mitigate those circumstances
Partner with discipline leads properly vet and verify all project plan milestones and resource planning details
Ensure proper resource projections, partnering with the resource management team to ensure the most efficient talent to task assignments for all of your deliverables
Manage and resolve team issues and conflicts to ensure the least disruption to the project and the schedule

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience with CPG companies and/or clients
Agency experience related to the shopper marketing discipline for fast moving CPG companies. This includes full understanding/expertise in developing holistic platforms and related activations that span the full path to purchase, including digital, e-commerce, and retail brick and mortar
Experience working with senior teams on high profile shopper marketing initiatives
Proficient in project management and financial/budgeting tools
Experience managing a team, conducting regular routines, performance reviews with related coaching & development plans
