This role will focus on multiple early stage oncology products with multiple potential indications and combination treatments. The objective is to shape early development and prepare the asset and market for US commercialization. This expert will collaborate with global marketing, clinical teams, regulatory, and US marketing teams.. Responsibilities include:. Provide US commercial input and insights to optimize the potential of multiple assets. Communicate development status and progress to US leadership and US tumor marketing teams. Seek input from US commercial tumor teams and US field leadership. Gather customer input and insights from oncology scientific leaders. Ensure clear product differentiation, value proposition, and competitive positioning. Identify product, disease, or customer gaps; execute insights or other plans to close gaps. Provide plans and solutions to mitigate US commercialization risks. Provide input and shape US long-term product forecasts. Update and maintain a US target product profile. Provide input to business unit long range plans. Ensure product knowledge is transitioned to US launch teams. The position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA.. This position will require oncology marketing experience and strong understanding of the oncology market.. This position will require outstanding leadership in all areas of product marketing including:. Market assessment. Strategy development (e.g., product positioning, branding/promotion, thought leader engagement, scientific strategy, channel strategies, market access/ reimbursement, competitive dynamics). Forecasting and budgets. Resource prioritization. Launch execution. Scientific leader engagement. Education:. Required: BA/BS. Required Experience:. Minimum of (10) years Pharmaceutical business experience. Minimum of (2) years leadership (influential) experience. Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills. At least 3 years of oncology marketing experience. Oncology launch experience. Strategic thinking. Understanding of customer landscape in oncology market. Requires approximately 25% travel, including some weekends.. Experience leading product positioning development and product messaging development. Preferred Experience:. Oncology sales experience. Co-promotion or Joint Venture partnership experience.
