The Marketing Manager, Client Partnerships, Fandango is responsible for working with the Fandango site teams and sales team to develop and execute revenue generating marketing solutions. Reporting to Sr. Director, Client Solutions, this position will act as a primary conduit between the editorial, marketing, product teams & sales team to: Effectively translate a brands/clients needs into actionable and revenue-generating digital programs Effectively translate editorial initiatives into sellable opportunities & communicate these opportunities to the sales Utilize capabilities in online, mobile, and social platforms for revenue generation Responsibilities: Client-Specific RFPs & Brainstorms (Reactive Sales Support): Partner with sales to formulate marketable sales programs that are customized to fit specific client objectives; includes brainstorming and liaising with site teams to create compelling sales programs; create sales marketing materials for client proposals, and executing on sold programs Work with Director to be a point of contact for inbound marketing requests and liaise with all appropriate internal groups (digital sales, marketing, editorial, research, ad ops, product, etc.) to facilitate efficient and transparent communication Develop New Sales Opportunities (Proactive Sales Support): Identify new site-specific content features, marketing and social programs, and emerging ad platforms that will serve as compelling sellable opportunities Create and socialize new sales packages Internal Communication/Facilitation: Educate internal constituents on digital strategy and drive top-of-mind awareness within sales organization Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing-related experience at an agency, studio, media company or sales organization, where the individual participated in presentation, creative, and promotions development Movie studio experience preferred Bachelors Degree Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through nbcunicareers.com to be considered Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Solutions-oriented thinker who can operate within a large organization and has a proven ability to get things done, while managing multiple projects simultaneously Robust understanding of advertising within the Digital eco-system Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and research related skills Familiarity with the development and execution of programs Understanding of the creative development process Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process, and media in general Detail oriented with positive energy Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to work with interdepartmental teams and external clients Familiarity with the standard digital analytics tools (Omniture, @Plan, comScore, etc.) and ability to derive insights from the data Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel At NBCUniversal, we believe in the talent of our people.
