NowSecure is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to assist in executing our growing marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who has 1-2 years of Marketo experience and is looking to grow and hone their career in marketing operations, digital marketing and/or demand generation. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.

About You:

• You should have a unique blend of technical skill and creative savvy youd be able to easily switch gears from writing marketing copy to troubleshooting HTML code to cleaning Excel lists to upload for SDR follow-up.
• You are an extremely detail-oriented self-starter who has the ability to hit tight deadlines with flawless execution. You push yourself to deliver high quality work, on time.
• You love learning you strive to stay on top of trends in marketing and are always seeking information.
• You excel at problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• You are excited to take your marketing operations skills to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue, increase customer retention and support other top-level company goals.

• Manage webinar and email campaigns from start to finish including planning, conceptualization, creative development, set-up, review, QA, deployment and reporting.

• Set up highly targeted email nurture streams.

• Proactively track, monitor, analyze and optimize metrics and campaign performance.

• Support campaigns and other team members with social media execution, website execution, and other digital platforms where necessary.

• Ensure that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of project status, issues and progress.

• Daily monitoring of campaign deployment and subscriber management. Be prepared to report on quarterly successes.

• Troubleshoot issues as needed.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2 years digital and/or marketing experience

• Attention to detail

• 1-2 years experience in working with Marketo

• Marketo certification preferable

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail

• Experience in developing marketing content: copy and creative

• Understanding of HTML and ability to troubleshoot coding issues. Responsive design skills a huge bonus.

• Proficient in Excel, MS Office programs, and Google Suite

• Enthusiasm to learn and grow your career in email marketing and demand generation

• Excellent verbal and writing skills

• BA or BS preferred
