Terms of Employment W2 Contract, 12 Months Contract Extension / Permanent Conversion Possible Benefits Snapshot (During Contract) Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Short and Long-Term Disability f Scope of Position Under the direction of the Creative Design Manager, this associate will be charged with creating, managing, and delivering design project timelines and communications accurately, on budget, and on time. Within Marketing Communications, the incumbent will work primarily in the tracking and completion of Marketing Communication projects. ? Role Overview As a Junior Communications Project Manager, the incumbent will work with Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications to develop timelines that work within strategic communication materials, managing the creation and tracking of various creative material work plans. The incumbent will work with internal clients including Marketing, Legal, Contracting and Compliance, Sales and the Strategic Business Units to help develop creative timelines and formulate work and project plans delivering creative solutions to meet client needs. The incumbent is also responsible for representing the department and tracking all necessary creative marketing communications, including brochures, letters, sales flashes, inserts, trade show materials, and promotional materials, as well as web, social and email. The incumbent will support the Creative Design Manager in corporate-wide initiatives, including attending project meetings, providing strategic insight, presenting overview of initiatives to other associates and ensuring all commitments are met. In conjunction with the Creative Design Manager, the incumbent will understand various communication channels and how best to use design to communicate through each channel (email, print, etc.), develop ways to evaluate effectiveness of all creative with metrics and reporting to management, and initiate ideas to enhance creative for the marketing of products, membership or insurance services. ? Ideal Skills & Experience A college degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field. 3+ years of professional advertising or marketing communications experience. Project management (work plan development) experience. Excellent attention to detail, organizational and coordination skills. Effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills to interface with management. ? Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required) Health insurance industry experience. Experience working with sales departments. An understanding of government regulations. ? nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
