Assistant will manage various administrative and marketing duties and assist the Sales & Marketing team in both supportive and creative functions. Compensation: Starting at $15+ per hour or commensurate with experience.Duties will include:*Writing industry related blogs*Developing and managing the Social Media strategy*Working directly with COO to develop Hubspot CRM functionality*Assisting in the creation of sales/marketing related documents or materials*Participating in Franchise training programs*Liaising between OctoClean and our marketing company*Researching competitors or prospective customers*Assisting in community-management duties such as event planning, surveys, and morale building activities*May require occasional travel throughout Southern CaliforniaQualifications:We are looking for an individual who has strong administrative skills and possesses experience or can demonstrate natural abilities in marketing. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in roles with administrative/assistant functions in a sales/marketing context.*Business etiquette for verbal, written, or face to face interactions*Creative writing skills (for marketing purposes)*Ability manage modern technological programs and devices including social media platforms*Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite Programs and/or Google Docs*Typing speed of 50+ WPMDesired experience:*Executive Assistant*Familiarity/experience with the sales process*Familiarity/experience with insurance documents*HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications*Website maintenance*Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
