Onward Search has a new opportunity for a freelance Community Management Contractor that starts immediately onsite at our clients office in New York. RESPONSIBILITIES Report to Social Media Manager. Assist with social media and content efforts. Create well-timed and appealing responses to the social media audience and wider community. Manage social media engagement by monitoring, tracking, and reporting feedback as well as data trends. Support the departments reporting and administrative tasks. Work closely with the customer service team on escalated customer inquiries. Brainstorm initiatives that will drive digital awareness on social media. Collaborate with PR, content, and influence teams to aid in branded events. Actively report growth of content on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Support community management, day-to-day content support, and analytical reporting. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree. At least 2 years of experience relevant to Instagram-specific Social Media and/or community management. Capable of tracking and identifying relevant KPIs. Self-motivated to be a leader and execute independently on responsibilities. Impeccable Microsoft Office skills. Creative mind and idea generation skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, good eye for detail, and obsessive organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment without jeopardizing quality of work.
