The Marketing Administrator position will perform various marketing activities and support daily office operations for the Marketing group. Some of these duties include coding and tracking of vendor invoices, maintaining files, coordinating forms and approvals, drafting correspondence, providing reports, providing PowerPoint presentation design support, and monitor, track and resolve various requests including general product and customer specific marketing requests.

Responsibilities:
-Distribute and upload marketing assets to various platforms and customer portals.
-Maintain current trade show displays, monitor inventory and order replacement materials as needed.
-Create and modify product flyers for key customers as requested by sales teams utilizing Adobe InDesign and established brand templates.
-Coordinate sales literature through internal review process; obtain printing quotes and negotiate pricing with vendors.
-Source and order promotional items and apparel in line with brand guidelines; fulfill requests and maintain inventory.
-Coordinate ISO reviews and maintain documentation for periodic audits.
-Submit and follow up on product sample requests in support of company???s sponsorships and motorsports program.
-Coordinate company participation in race events and promote events to employees.
-Some coordination of meetings and trade shows, making travel arrangements; support the marketing and sales teams as required for major customer and industry trade shows.
-Conduct various research projects to support marketing and new product launches.
-Work with the sales teams to create and maintain a customer ad support calendar; manage deadlines and ad material submissions.
-Respond to customer letters and product testimonials and maintain a master file.
-Create flyers for the Activities Committee to promote company events to employees.
-Update, create and maintain marketing project lists.
-Proofread materials for grammar, branding, and product detail.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Microsoft Office skills required, including advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint, specifically in developing charts, graphs, and creating high impact presentations.
-Experience in Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.
-Good time management for working on a variety of projects.

Bachelors

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred, or 2 to 4 years relevant experience.
-Additional course work in Marketing Research is preferred.
