POSITION DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Manager, Visual Identity, Standards and Graphics at our Malvern, PA location. This individual will be responsible for the following duties: Lead exploration and evolution of company's visual identity. Establish conceptual and stylistic direction for top tier projects and provide guidance to clients and partners. Partner with clients to create comprehensive, actionable creative briefs that allow for maximum channel strategy execution. Manage and develop network of creative freelancers and agencies. Lead brainstorming-sessions with creative teams to develop campaigns based on client needs and business objectives. Pitch concepts to clients. Executes hands-on designs, as needed, when network of freelancers/agencies are not able to step in/when we determine project is best suited to be completed in-house. Help manage all digitalphotography, videography and creative assets; develop a searchable and manageable library of all assets. Strong project management skills to help set timelines, and steps that ensure projects meet goals for deadline and budget. Lead development and implementation of company's visual identity across all brands in North America. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in advertising, marketing, or visual arts, a minor in business. Minimum of 8 years' deep knowledge of branding, advertising (traditional/digital), integrated marketing communications practices and social media content development. Minimum of 5 years' experience building trackable dashboards and systems capable of showing impact of creative materials on business performance. Leadership in building out full range of storytelling concepts and processes to better define the brand of Saint-Gobain and its family of working brands. Ability to translate simple written concepts into a fully developed visual identity. Strong verbal and visual communications skills needed to bring basic concepts to live visually and through multimedia materials. Equally strong influencing skills to help non-communications people understand how to develop, implement and effectively use these materials in the markets they serve. Understanding of business best practices, marketing disciplines and communications. Exceptional problem solving ability needed to translate business goals into a complete creative brief for multimedia projects, design projects and larger storytelling. Significant focus placed on linking businesses, brands and stories in shared markets as part of a broader fabric of business solutions. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, various other creative development software platforms. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
