Our team is seeking the next Product Owner with a focus on our partner ecosystem.Description:Join the Partner Enablement team as a Product Owner. Salesforce consulting partners are involved in almost 70% of customer implementations which makes it critical for use to deliver training at scale. Our team is responsible for providing Salesforce Partners (consultants, digital agencies, resellers) with a wayto learn by presenting users with a targeted curriculum for learning that breaks up courses into digestible bites. We collaborate with partner SMEs, alliance leaders, stakeholders, and enablement experts to bring Salesforce skills to our partner ecosystem.Your Impact:Your role as a member of the team will be to 1) set strategy and vision for team and delivery based on input from stakeholders, leadership, and partners, 2) translate product roadmap features into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, and 3) build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. Deeply understand business problems and suggests creative solutions.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates deep insight and knowledge within his/her area. Thoroughly understands customers' needs and assures that enablement solutions are delivered to satisfy, if not exceed, customer expectations.Illustrates solutions using simple words that create a narrative for the relevant stakeholders. Brings new, imaginative ideas to the table. Takes risks to capture the audience's attention.Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop an enablement roadmap and drive course and curriculum development from concept to launch in a fast-paced environmentTranslating product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including user stories and acceptance test criteriaPrioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned enablement, balancing the requirements of stakeholdersRegularly engages with the team and scrum master to refine the backlog, estimate stories, and recalibrate the release plan. Creates joint release plans with other teams and strategic partners as applicable.Extremely effective at communicating sprint priorities and stories to the team, while being open to and incorporating feedback from the team.Partners with other Product Owners to manage the portfolio and dependencies. Delivers desired business outcomes and specific goals through effective planning and execution.
