The Marketing Manager - Checkingis responsible for leading the development and implementation of an integrated, multi\\-channel marketing communications plan for one or more complex business segments that help drivethe success of the assigned business segment\\(s\\) and the overall brand of the Company\\. In this role, he/she is responsible for engaging with business segment leadership and their teams to ensure a deep understanding of and alignment with their strategies, goals and initiatives\\. He/she is also responsible for maintain a high level of persistent collaboration with internal and external marketing partners in order to develop and deliver the marketing plan\\. The person in this role is also responsible for ensuring market research and data analytics are included in the development of business strategy, marketing strategy and marketing ROI analysis\\.
+ Develops and executes complex and multi\\-faceted strategic marketing initiatives for assigned teams\\.
+ Develops insights from marketing research, client data analytics and marketing ROI analytics and incorporate into marketing strategy and tactics\\.
+ Develops marketing budget for business segment and obtains alignment with business segment leadership and marketing leadership\\.
+ Engages with assigned business segment\\(s\\), by developing and maintaining close working relationships with business segment partners, including executive management\\.
+ Manages other team members as well as agency partners, in the execution of marketing plans\\.
+ Manages projects, timelines, deliverables, and ROI for all client/business initiatives\\.
+ Monitor trends in across Marketing and appropriately applies that knowledge to increasing the effective use of social media within the Company\\.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field\\. Master's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field or equivalent work experience preferred
+ 12\\-15 years of Marketing experience required\\.
+ 3\\-5 years of Financial Services/Banking industry experience preferred\\.
+ Accomplished team leader and people manager\\.
+ Demonstrable ability to measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts and brand visibility\\.
+ Demonstrated ability to map out a customer\\-facing communications strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics\\.
+ Demonstrated experience as marketing/advertising strategist\\.
+ Excellent relationship management skills\\.
+ Strategic and tactical thinker\\.
+ Strong project management skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines\\.
+ Strong reporting and analytical skills\\.
+ Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills\\.
