About The Job:
The Account manager acts as a professional consultant to persons and /or families exploring home care for their loved one. The Account manager listens to the needs of the family/client and then performs a needs assessment for the client before recommending the appropriate type and level of service. Account managers are expected to display the competitive drive of a successful sales professional while maintaining a strong focus on ensuring the round-the-clock safeguarding of the client.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has 5-7 years B2C inside phone sales experience. Three weeks of training. If you are a closer, we want you.
Is a self-motivated sales driver who can ask for business, overcome objections and close, a real go getter
Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. (clock-watchers need not apply)
Is empathetic and a good listener (fast talkers need not apply)
Has excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Has excellent working knowledge of SalesForce would be a plus
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor (may meet with prospective clients in their home)
Has reliable transportation (there may be some local NYC and Long Island travel to meet with prospective clients in their home)
Is comfortable working in a familial, professional office environment
