Growth of Global Adaptive Design work. Growth of Creative Content Production. We are currently recruiting for a Head of Business Development to help drive revenue growth particularly in the Global adaptive packaging design area and have overall responsibility for new business activity.. The Head of Business Development would report directly into the UK MD, and work alongside Heads of Department, as well as the broader SGK Groups Sales and Marketing teams. Job Responsibilities. Creating and implementing the agency's business development strategy working to achieve agreed business targets. Identifying key client prospects. Proactively engaging prospective clients. Proposal writing and leading new business pitches. Closing new business opportunities. Developing strong industry relationships to drive revenue growth across all of our three divisions. Working with the SGK Group's in house sales and marketing teams to support the overall business development strategy for the Group.. Qualifications / Requirements. Strong previous experience within an agency brand, design and packaging environment. Strong understanding of digital content creative and production.. Proven track record of being a successful Business Development Senior Manager/ Director in previous roles.. Knowledgeable and well connected across the Brand, design and marketing industry. CRM database management including Salesforce. Passionate, energetic and proactive attitude. Strategic and creative and have the ability to think out the box.. Exceptional presentation skills. Experience of negotiating commercial agreements and have the capability to take a lead through to completion. Managing relationships with senior clients and with managing a team.
