The Senior Manager of US Marketing for Complexion and Brushes at bareMinerals, with the Executive Director of Marketing, is responsible for driving the growth and development of our largest segment within the portfolio through the proposal and execution of the portfolio/product strategy and its promotional calendar. This role serves as a key player in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, across innovation and strategic core products, with a key focus on broadening and raising product and brand awareness, which ultimately leads to customer acquisition. This role is responsible for leading campaign execution with cross-functional teams including Global Brand Marketing, Social Media, Product Development, Public Relations, Events, Media, Creative, VM & Channel Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales Operations, Education and Finance to help create a strong, cohesive, seamless brand experience across all touch points along the customer journey. Principal Accountabilities within the Complexion and Brushes Categories Supports the Executive Director of US Brand Marketing in creating innovative and effective 360 marketing campaigns in the Complexion and Brush categories, for implementation across the bareMinerals multi-channel distribution model. Helps develop, manage and refine the US Marketing strategy which is rooted in analytics, consumer data and competitive research to ensure each plan capitalizes on new market opportunities, maximizes ROI and meets/exceeds current business goals Leads execution of all campaign tactics by managing, organizing and collaborating with all cross-functional teams including but not limited to Creative, Global Brand, Merchandising/Sales, Operations, VM, Social, PR, Media, Events, Sales Operations and Finance Partner with Channel Marketing and Retailers to ensure plans are tailored to each individual account and their category goals Writes creative briefs and manages timelines, outcome of deliverables and keeps all channel leads informed of changes and/or delays. Creates and communicates campaign timelines and updates with cross-functional partners on an on-going basis Manages forecasting of new product offerings with channels and Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting methodology, sales targets and key forecasting dates are met. Manages all sampling forecasts and budgets Manages SKU assortment (existing products, new launches, giftsets, holiday) and discontinuation plans Ensures proper collection and monitoring of data to assess ongoing performance and KPI tracking Analyzes post-campaign performance and assesses learnings to report ROI and direct future campaign planning Researches and evaluates new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing plans Stays abreast of competition, new launches and market performance through on-going research and NPD reporting/analytics Presents strategies, campaigns and analyses at internal meetings, external retailer meetings and to senior leadership teams. Job Qualifications Bachelor s degree required, MBA strongly preferred Beauty Industry experience, within the US Market, strongly preferred 5-7 years of relevant experience developing and executing multimedia, multifaceted marketing campaigns and product launch strategies with the end goal of acquiring new customers and raising brand/product awareness Exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen required Knowledge on current advertising and marketing trends, media industry news, consumer behavior reports, entertainment/pop culture and retail innovation in order to understand how best to market to our target consumer Solution-oriented, resourceful with strong ability to problem-solve Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective partner/retailer management skills Ability to negotiate and has operational mindset Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple products or services concurrently under time constraints in a fast paced environment Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a \"direct threat\" to the health and safety to self or others The Company reserves the right to alter, change, abolish and even combine jobs depending upon changing conditions and needs Want to share this job with a friend?
