GeneralDescription Corporate Branding: Workswith regional and functional teams to develop brand & marketing materials,including the creation of brochures, advertisements, posters & graphics. Servesas a brand resource, providing logo files, guidance on colors, fonts andimagery, powerpoint review, and formatting. Managesworkflow and assigns projects to external freelance designers, includingdrafting a creative brief, providing guidelines and timelines, and establishinga proofing and routing process for approval. Facilitatesthe translation of documents into core global languages, including translationprocess and appropriate document sizing. Pointof contact and maintains regular correspondence with external vendors,including translation companies, print vendors, etc. Maintainsbrand guidelines, ensures brand compliance, and delivers brand training asrequested. Organizesinternal brand assets, including management of design files, documents,photography, fonts, etc. Cultivatesand maintains relationships across the organization, including interaction withglobal engagement agents. Createsgraphics and visual assets that support written internal communications. Assistswith Brand & Communication team support, including preparations for teammeetings, file organization and budget/invoice management. HR and Employer Branding: Seeks opportunities to strengthen internal employeebrand awareness, including promotion of company vision, mission, values, culture& value proposition. Partners with Global HR and Total Rewards team tocreate world-class recruitment marketing communications, including candidatepreview documents, offer letters, job descriptions, internal job boardpostings, incentive programs, and global reward new hire statements. Partners with Global HR and Learning & Developmentteam to create collateral and visual assets relating to global orientation,onboarding, and learning and development initiatives. Promotes SI Group as an employer of choice atrecruitment events; works with local, regional and global HR colleagues onevent and marketing support. Assists with employee engagement initiatives, includingcollaboration with global colleagues, event support and brand guidance. Digital Communications: Partners with Global HR,Communications team and Global talent acquisition teams to leverage socialmedia for recruitment activities; including oversight & maintenance ofcompany Glassdoor and LinkedIn accounts. Works with IT to monitorsocial media trends relating to HR & recruitment marketing, and identifiesopportunities to market to targeted demographics. Works with Global HR tounderstand how the online recruitment process works, and seeks opportunities toleverage the SI Group brand to create a positive and consistence candidateexperience. Assists with thedevelopment and creation of graphic and content for HR-related marketingcommunications on the external corporate website. Partners with IT andregional HR to create graphics and content for interior digital displays;leverages SI Group branding and creates engaging slides and messaging. Dischargeduties in accordance with SI Groups Quality policy. Within job scope, ensurethe implementation of compliance programs for all federal, state and localregulations covering employee health, safety security and the environment.Adhere to SI Groups Integrated Management System, company policies, EHSSrequirements, Responsible Care practices and ISO 9000 programs. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, communications desired Strong oral and written communications skills Social media experience a plus Ability to work independently and multitask Strong MS Office skills desirable Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred (InDesign; Photoshop; Illustrator) Specific Functional Competency Requirements: Ability to interact with a globally-diverse, multi-cultural team Self-motivated, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent attention to detail Highly organized and efficient Knowledge of brand marketing communications, and social media principles & best practices Corporate Behavioral Competency Requirements:
