responsible for running the business development activities for the
Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Product portfolio known as Siemens
Opcenter. As a member of our
fast-growing Siemens Opcenter cloud team, youll work across a range of
interesting and challenging projects, putting great ideas into action. Youll
also work alongside some of the sharpest minds in your field, gaining new
skills and experiences, within a dynamic and supportive environment. For this
team we areseeking
a business enablement / pre-sales engineer to rapidly expand the team in our
exciting new venture focusing on Siemens DI SW Opcenter Cloud Solutions. These
solutions are within our comprehensive Manufacturing Operations Management
portfolio of software, spanning the industry verticals in the discrete and
process industries (medical device, semi-conductor, electronics, automotive and
transportation, aerospace and defense, complex manufacturing, chemical, food
and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and consumer-packaged goods). They
include manufacturing execution, enterprise manufacturing intelligence,
advanced planning and scheduling, and product research, development and

**Your new role challenging and future-oriented:**
align and coordinate implementation of structured on-boarding and ongoing
enablement programs for various sales & service target groups.
industry specific Go2Market strategies and messaging for the Siemens Opcenter
cloud portfolio in form of global campaigns including demo development &
implementation templates
templates and solutions that leverage industry best practices to help customers
shorten their deployment times and realize business benefits quicker
and update the service organization on the Siemens Opcenter cloud applications
value proposition, offerings and implementation best practices
with different stakeholders to adapt service material and provide feedback on
further demands
internal collaboration within various groups of the Siemens Software
Organization, such as sales, presales, customer success, etc.
the Siemens Opcenter Cloud Portfolio at major internal and external events
across the globe
the software sales organization in customer facing workshop when requested
(e.g. key sales pursuits, strategic customer meetings, )
shaping the Siemens Opcenter cloud application development priorities,
technologies and portfolio investments by defining the product directions and
investment priorities based on industry knowledge, industry market trends,
competitive field assessments and customer inputs
**Yourqualifications solid and appropriate:**
have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline,
or a Bachelors degree with commensurate experience
will preferably have a minimum of 5 years experience in pre-sales or
implementation experience in cloud software
have deep knowledge of cloud native architectures and solutions (AWS and / or
Microsoft Azure)
Certified as AWS Certified Solution Architect-Associate or as Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or the equivalent skill/experience is mandatory
as AWS Solution Architect-Professional or as Azure Solution Architect-Expert is
have deep knowledge of microservice architectures and modern UX design
are familiar with agile development methodologies, especially Scrum would be an
can articulate and understand Siemens solution strategy independently
are excited by new technologies and business models
have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly
and concisely communicate and present complex topics to a broad level of
audiences (sales reps as well as management level)
