Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Support sales team to qualify inbound leads, develop new business opportunities and efficiently funnel prospects through various stages of the sales cycle
  • Execute coordinated and timed digital sales strategy and events with emphasis on inbound sales lead generation and email marketing
  • Deliver best-in-class daily oversight of CRM program Salesforce thru strong communication, tracking, end user support and monetization of program
  • Assist in defining business processes using CRM software's best practices and general maintenance including the oversight of user accounts, importing and exporting of data
  • Work with our local park and corporate headquarter marketing and sales teams to create engaging, high performing email layouts, digital & print content, including marketing automation support to drive business
  • Analyze and utilize various data sources to explain drivers of business performance to inform both tactical and strategic marketing decisions
  • Responsible for the creating, managing and coordinating of all special events and sales related functions and creating effective sales programs and events to aggressively grow the assigned territories. Duties include: overseeing the sales, production and distribution of tickets, fielding inquiries, and penetrating existing accounts, while actively pursuing new business
  • Work directly with all AAA, Chambers of Commerce, Hotels & Motels, and other accounts related to the Tourism segment. This will include penetrating existing accounts, while actively pursuing new business and attending industry-related tradeshows. Duties include making several visits/calls to each account (pre-season and regular season) to help implement new sales/marketing strategies and maximize account performance
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Reporting Relationship: Reports to Resort General Sales Manager

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with strong multi-tasking, time management organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM cloud applications (hands on experience with Salesforce CRM program)
  • Enterprise prospecting experience and marketing automation experience is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and should be very quick when it comes to learning new applications
  • Must be a self-starter who is accustomed to working very independently
  • Inside sales, ecommerce and live chat experience
  • Open availability required, including nights,weekends and holidays
