Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Clearly and confidently communicate with guests to collect demographic information.* Communicate the importance of proper sampling methodology and survey accuracy at all times with little or no supervision.* Encourage interviewers to help promote high level and quality surveys by working with the Corporate Alliances Supervisor on incentive program.* Coordinate and manage media partners in conjunction with on-site special events.* Interact with Guests to drive sales of Season Passes.* Assist in collecting and building photo libraries for local and national partnerships and marketing needs* Execute elements of local and national sponsorship deals* Organize, manage and participate in sampling and other partner events.* Assist in the execution logistics for all special events* Work outside in all weather conditions.* Be able to work with minimal supervision* Create and complete reports in a timely manner.* Communicate appropriate park or team related concerns to Marketing Supervisor.* Work closely with all departments to achieve park goals.* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.* Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.Skills and Qualifications:* Pursuing a college degree in marketing, advertising, communications.* Ability to motivate and manage team members to achieve a daily quota.* Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point a must* Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills* Must be well organized with excellent time management skills* Ability to work well under pressure in a public setting.* Commitment to positive Guest services.* Energy to work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.* Valid driver's license with clean driving recordOther Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the resort as a whole. * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
