Position Summary The Account Manager will responsible for the profitable growth of the CECS products business. They are to work closely with Service Management and Service Marketing to secure new Service Products business. Other core focuses are centered around the development and execution of the product sales business plan, assisting in the development and marketing of new product offerings as needed, and educating internal and external Customers on the value of products. Duties Drives growth and profitability of the CECS products business by leading sales efforts in analyzing, targeting, developing, negotiating, and closing new business at identified Life Science accounts within designated territories. New business is to include cleanroom sales, HEPA filters, consumable items and other ancillary products to these categories. Develops and maintains business relationships with key decision makers in Customer organizations, our key suppliers, and other contractors (flooring, etc) to refer Customers desiring a complete package for the purpose of developing mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships Manages a complex, consultative sales process, educates internal and external Customers on product offerings, and prioritizes tasks leading to the closing of new business. Works closely with Service Management and Service Marketing to secure new Service Products business. Demonstrates knowledge on STERISs line of products and service offerings and can articulate conceptual value propositions to clients. Maintains knowledge on the assigned vertical market, competition, and the technology to ensure business development efforts and Service offerings are aligned with Life Sciences strategies. Identifies new product offerings for present and prospective Customers, specifically focusing on strategic accounts. Education Degree Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing Required Experience Work Experience Minimum of 5 years Business experience. Service sales experience preferred. Skilss / Competencies Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, and analytical skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills. Excellent formal presentation skills. Self-starter that can work with minimal direction and has excellent territory planning and management skills. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with others.
