About the team
FIS is seeking an entry level Project Manager join our marketing team in Orlando.
This position will be responsible for managing our workflow management system, Workfront. Seeking candidates with about 2-3 years of experience in some type of marketing or project management related role. PMP is not required.

What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and advancement of Workfront, our workflow and project management tool. As duties grow, you may manage day to day projects in support of PMs within Digital Marketing or the broader Corporate Marketing group. Projects may be focused on marketing, sales, finance/accounting, legal, business planning, business operations, customer service, or other non-technical subjects. Typically involves extensive interactions with cross-functional teams of various functional areas of the business.

Performs administrative and management duties for Workfront. Activities to include new user setup, configuration, project setup, and report creation.
Plans and coordinates all aspects of non-technical projects from initiation through delivery.
Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope.
Assigns and monitors work of project team, providing analytical support and direction.
Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.
