This Role is responsible for the full product lifecycle for SyncUP PETS, with extra focus on the iOS and Android Mobile Apps. Ongoing research, roadmap iteration, and delivery, with support from software dev and hardware teams.
Job Summary:
Senior Product Manager, Technical is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of business and technology execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. At a high level this means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), technical feasibility, business objectives, securing funding, and leading a cross-functional business and technical team, as well as key stakeholders to deliver against the opportunity (all via influence).
The ultimate 'jack (or jill)-of-all-trades,' this role leverages deep customer empathy, strategic thinking, commercial, analytical, technical capability and knowledge, and leadership prowess to successfully deliver delightful and differentiated products that drive growth and positively impact customers lives.
No day is the same for this role. Day to day activities or responsibilities include: conducting market research; writing features or user stories; determining specifications; defining long-term strategy of the product; creating the product road map; driving technical delivery end to end; defining scope for releases/product increments; partnering with development, project/program management, marketing, and other key stakeholders to define release schedule; and support/drive go-to-market activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in consumer products and agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
5+ years in product and / or development of iOS and Android Mobile Apps.
6+ years experience in hands on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company / application / product environment.
Proven success directing matrixed resources, delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies with commonly used tools.
Strong requirements elicitation; proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
Experience with successive elaboration; ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories.
Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership; high degree of collaboration and influence.
Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, API's, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc.
Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment.
Advanced knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data to drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent experience.
Must be able to communicate with others effectively through written communication methods. Must be able to communicate (talking, hearing, etc.) with others effectively through oral communication methods.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in a related technical field
Deep understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, API integration
Experience with hardware products, specifically Internet of Moving Things, telecom, a plus.
Has launched at least one product or service available in the market today
