We are looking to add a Solutions Consultant - Recruitment Marketing to the team. In this role you will will work directly with customers to provide an exceptional overall experience with the Talemetry offerings. In this role you must be able to handle all escalations and represent the company to senior executives at Fortune 1,000 companies globally.
In this role you will be measured against the ability to build strong client relationships while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
Work with the client team (Account Manager, Project Manager) to evaluate and drive 90 day plans into customers.
Manage documenting solution options, execute Monthly service reviews and represent Talemetry best practices throughout all customer interactions (selling, implementing, ongoing optimization).
Maintain solution alignment throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ensure customers understand, internalize and experience the value of our product throughout the duration of their relationship with Talemetry.
Promote customer evolution and maturity in Recruitment Marketing Evolve Framework.
Maintain deep product and industry knowledge and expertise.
Engage with customers to document requirements and develop solutions which address a business challenge or specific area of need.
Take a proactive hands on approach to effectively direct and support post-sales professional services, on-boarding and implementation services.
Monitor the adoption of Talemetrys solution against predefined goals to ensure that the Customers overall business needs are met.
Educate and coach customers on best practices in talent generation/recruiting and encourage participation in Learning @ Talemetry courses to ensure smooth onboarding and faster adoption.
Liaison between Product Management and the customer and communicate the Talemetry product roadmap and how it will influence the Customers business.
Prioritize and drive resolutions to escalated customer issues.
Build customer referenceability and identify case study opportunities.
Strong knowledge of Recruitment Marketing, Advertising and Solutions.
Extreme passion for improving customer onboarding and user adoption.
Experience in analyzing customer data to drive strategic planning for customer success.
Ability to define available client services, cost structure and build alignment internally on delivery.
Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms or for mapping business requirements to technical features.
Extensive experience with talent generation or recruiting essential.
Proven ability to build strong customer and internal relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BA degree or equivalent. Business or technical degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience at Director or VP level with customer success/strategic account management (preferably at a SaaS Company) for global companies.
