Responsible for the effective marketing and contracting strategy for Oncology brands in the U.S. by developing and executing on comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to exceed sales and profit targets.

Manage, coach, and develop brand teams Provides overall leadership of brand, including development and stewardship of brand strategy and lifecycle planning Functional leadership for the brand and the brand marketing team Analyze and maximize return on marketing programs. Accountable for product P&L Leads brand contracting and reimbursement strategies in coordination with Market Access teams Responsible for collecting forecast inputs and presenting financial forecasts Identify Market Research needs for brand and work with MR to implement initiatives Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience: ≥ 10 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, ≥ 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent (based on performance), experience and competence in staffing, people management and development Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Pharmaceutical experience in Market Access and contracting. People management. Brand management experience across customer segments. Brand management experience on more than one disease state.
