The Director, Brand Insights, will be the co-pilot for the ELC North America (USA & Canada) brand teams. Working in partnership with the brand teams he/she will be responsible for leading the brand learning agenda and using insights to shape the strategy to deliver desired brand outcomes. The Director, Brand Insights, will ensure the voice of the consumer is heard across ELC North America brand teams. He/she will be responsible for transforming information into insight and using compelling story telling to inspire and instigate action that unlocks business growth. The Director, Brand Insights, will have experience in brand marketing and will leverage this expertise to provide the brand teams with insights that drive action. The Brand Insights Director will collaborate closely with the COE leads across media, retail, multi ethnic and CRM pillars to ensure strategy and activation planning is consumer-centric. As a member of the North America Consumer Insights team, the Brand Insights Director, will partner with the Exec Director Consumer Insights to evolve the insights function at ELC North America to become a competitive advantage for the business. Qualifications Minimum Education level: Bachelors Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 10 % Travel Time: 10-15% Required Language Proficiency: English Licenses or Certifications: Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): Requirements: Experience leading quant and qual research studies from end to end (iidentifying the questions to answer through to actionable implications) Experience in synthesizing disparate data sources to identifying patterns and extract actionable insights. Skilled in buiding compelling and insightful stories grounded in qual and quant learnings that drive action. Able to manage multiple stakeholders across cross functional teams. Strong project management skills and experience working across several complex projects simultaneously.
