ACCOUNTABILITIES: Writein the voice and style of TOM FORD brand with a heritage of copy excellence. Strategicwriter with unconventional skills for the broadest range of cosmetics &fragrance copy. Develop360 storytelling copy for all programs. Nameproducts, collections, shade names and benefit communication for all programs. Createadvertising taglines, write and ideate copy and strategy for digital/social content,videos, CRM programs, packaging copy in accordance with global regulatoryrequirements. Contributeto the conception of product positioning and meaningful claims while partneringwith Marketing and Product Development. Overseeall education and global communication materials. Workcollaboratively with all creative, marketing, product development, legal team. Manageeditorial support team when needed. Submitand communicate directly with Tom Ford on all copy approvals. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of luxury brand cues, current fashion and beauty trends, overall popular culture, and a global mindset with an clear understanding of the Chinese consumer. Must possess a keen understanding of beauty, fragrance and skincare terms to convey benefits. The scope and range of work demands a skilled, agile, and organized writer who can adapt to evolving brand goals, and maintain the distinct Tom Ford Voice and brand equity while refining the voice for brand environment. Must be self motivated and highly organized, with a keen ability to multi-task and project manage a multi-faceted work load. Comfort with meeting tight deadlines. Position requires relevant writing experience, including editorial, digital, social and/or direct marketing copy experience, possessing 8 years of experience.
