Partner with marketing professionals across Vanguard as a client consultant to provide insights and assistance in implementing both technology solutions and process transformation to achieve shared business goals. Provide personalized support with an eye towards demonstrating best practices across Vanguard. Support marketing professionals and complementary teams to increase adoption and usage of both technology and improved operational processes to drive explicit improvements in marketing technology return on investment. Own the prioritization of MarTech capabilities to invest and develop at Vanguard. Establish relationships with stakeholders including marketing and IT to enable a technology solution set that achieves identified business outcomes. As a Market Solutions Client Consultant you will lead multi-year projects, applying functional expertise to drive project results. Projects often have enterprise-wide implications. In this role, you will Steward the multi-year strategic marketing technology road-map. Lead marketing technology portfolio optimization efforts. Be the relationship manager and single point of contact for divisional marketing teams to receive customized support as well as advocate for marketing capability improvements to achieve local team goals. Partner with the Marketing Strategic Support team in regards to intake, prioritization, resource allocation, portfolio reporting, and governance. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. What it takes Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred (marketing.) Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
