Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and execute on sales activities. Identify new business opportunities, develop new senior relationships while nurturing and growing existing relationships. Assess talent, train and develop sales staff Champion and foster Thrive Global s values, especially compassionate directness, and ensure that these values are upheld by the greater team.
