Transaction Networks Services (TNS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to work on our Call Guardian initiative. You will haveresponsibilityfor TNSs industry leading Call Guardian service and associated productderivatives. Product management includes life cycle management and P/Lresponsibility for the product line, including product road map, productpricing, business requirements, service agreement definition, business case development,partnerships/alliances, addressable market definition, and salestraining. The position will entail leading cross functional teams acrossEngineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver productroad map and achieve P/L targets. The position will report to the Directorof Identity Services.
TNS Call Guardianis an innovative secure telephoneidentity system that leverages uniquevisibility into billions of call events to determinethe reputation oftelephone numbers for use cases such as robocall protection, and relatedextensions such as Authentication and Verification services as described bySTIR/SHAKEN standards.
6+ years Product Management Experience
Understanding of telecom systems: Call Routing, signalling protocol/standards such as SIP, ENUM, ISUP, TCAP and STIR/SHAKEN
Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline, MBA preferred with courses in data analytics and data science
