Continuously evaluate performance of the partnership portfolio against business priorities and identify opportunities for further optimization
Be accountable for reporting, tracking deal progress and for preparing/presenting formal Deal Reviews
Develop and nurture deep relationships with key partners at senior levels and foster a win-win atmosphere
12+ years of Business Development or related experience establishing and developing senior level relationships. This could include experience in investment banking or management consulting,
Experience negotiating, closing and growing commercial partnerships
Instinct for deals and partners. You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, high value partnerships and you've cultivated new initiatives from these deals
5 years of internal stakeholder management with product management, engineering, marketing
High aptitude and successful track record selling value propositions and deal making
Experience managing people and inspiring teams
An intuition for people. You are comfortable spending the majority of your time working with various internal and external teams, building and really cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners and within all parts of an organization. You're self aware and well-spoken in meetings - you'll humbly be a voice that speaks.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an ability to successfully manage priorities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization
