The SEM Specialistis responsible for the day to day management and performance of Free Peoples global performance marketing programs including SEM, Remarketing and Natural Search. This person will partner with cross-functional teams (analytics, merchandising, etc.) and agencies to drive profitable business and brand growth. The SEM Specialistis a key member of a wider marketing, analytics and strategy group.
Responsibilities Partner with marketing agencies on implementation of channel strategies which include SEM, Remarketing and Natural Search, with an emphasis on managing day to day optimizations to drive a profitable ROAS, top line demand and acquire new customers. Responsible for domestic and global accounts management & performance Communicate marketing plans and performance, representing team initiatives, attending relevant meetings, and managing agency partners to meet broad and narrow business goals Partner with Creative, Brand Marketing and Social Media teams on monthly campaigns to elevate content across owned paid marketing channels Own reporting and communication of channel results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to internal partners Continually review the agencies service, processes and systems to ensure they meet excellent quality standards Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the Brand informed of industry initiatives and key developments
Qualifications 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with ecommerce, apparel or agency experience Deep experience managing a paid search program to a profitable ROI Strong ability to analyze marketing campaigns, determine measurable results and present recommendations and learnings Experience both developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
