Sample Coordinator - Nuuly

Reports to

Director of Photo Production

Overview

Responsible for sample management for web direct samples. Working closely with Studio Styling team and Merchandising teams to coordinate the flow of samples. Partner with Director of Photo Production to organize scheduling in regards to samples and priories each week.

Responsibilities

  • Check in and check out of all samples
  • Maintain tracking system for sample whereabouts (RMS / Studio Workflow software)
  • Pull samples for creative shoots for studio and editorial photography
  • Execute all tasks in Studio Workflow software
  • Pick up return rail from copy/merch team daily
  • Deliver rails to studio from warehouse on weekly basis
  • Ensure styles are shot in a timely manner from when they are received in studio
  • Monitor in stock samples
  • Update reshoots and pulling older samples for Stylists on a weekly basis
  • Assist with weekly sample turnover
  • Remove old stock and sale items from studio
  • Work with Merchandising team to share samples with on-model Stylists and Photographers
  • Prioritize samples daily based on in stock availability, catalog launch dates and marketing live dates
  • Monitor marketing and catalog priorities to make sure they are shot before emails and catalogs go live
  • Work with file management & retouching for samples needing color correction
  • Present marketing direction for the month so the Styling team can stay ahead with shooting samples that support web creative launches
  • Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Outlook and Google documents
  • Education

    Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
