As the Head of Institutional Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will provide important strategic, creative and operational support to the entire Institutional Marketing Organization. You will be the core liaison and partner to our global marketing team on all things transformation and marketing effectiveness ? you will look for global efficiency opportunities without losing the need to have core delivery mechanisms close to the Institutional business. From the strategic planning, analytics and measurement aspects you will provide business and marketing frameworks, context and measurement best practices across each of our marketing disciplines.? From a creative perspective you will manage a small but effective centralized creative team that will be charged with setting the creative framework for all communications as well as develop and deploy fit for purpose resources that will be central to our core delivery teams. In this role you will?

  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans with heads of the Institutional (B2B) business and Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Participate and draw critical insights from strategic competitive analysis. Coordinate with internal constituents and external consultants to understand ideal target markets, competitive positioning, and relative brand strengths.
  • Build strategic relationships across divisions and sites; welcome debate, demonstrate a collaborative, inclusive style. Contribute to peers? success. Champion diversity.

As a member of the Institutional Marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the Institutional Investor Group CMO, you will play an integral role in driving our transformation towards an agile marketing environment. This transformation is happening not only in institutional marketing but across all of our divisions.

What it takes.

??????????? Undergraduate degree required. MBA or Masters in Marketing or Communications preferred.

??????????? Minimum eight years general experience and eight years related marketing experience.

??????????? Management experience.

??????????? Experience in managing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns preferred.

??????????? Solid organizations skills and ability to work across multiple functions.

??????????? Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

??????????? Proven ability to lead teams.

??????????? Demonstrated initiative self-starting.

??????????? Experience in managing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns preferred.

??????????? Experience with LEAN and Agile marketing methodologies.
