Window Nation, the 5th largest home improvement company in the country, is HIRING NOW for the busy upcoming 2020 home show season and beyond. Get started this Fall for the shows ahead!

Its growing Events & Marketing Department seeks energetic, vibrant, upbeat, extroverts to work home shows, fairs, festivals and related special events for window, siding and door sales leads.

We want those willing to work weekends mainly, while more weekday work will become more available in April and May. You will be busy during the weekends in January, February and March, for certain.

What We Want (Requirements)

  • Congenial personality, willingness to accept rejection and move forward.
  • Commit to weekend availability 3 of 4 weekends a month.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

    • What You Get (Pay and Perks)

  • $12.50/hr. hourly rate
  • $40 per demo (if the lead is run by the salesperson, you receive $40 for just doing your job!)
  • 1% on all $ales (this adds up!)
  • Paid training; opportunity for company advancement, full-time employment. (it happens often)
  • Mentoring from event managers (we will help you succeed beyond initial training you will swim, not sink)
